Eden Body Art Studios provides professional tattoo and body art services. All services are subject to availability, artist approval, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law.

• You must be at least 18 years old for tattoo services (valid government-issued ID required).
• For piercings, minors may be eligible with parent/guardian consent in compliance with Texas law.
• By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate.

• Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments if notice is given within the studio’s policy timeframe.
• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods as displayed in the studio.
• All transactions are processed securely. We are not responsible for errors by third-party payment processors.

• You confirm that you do not have any medical conditions that would make tattooing unsafe (e.g., skin infections, certain allergies, blood disorders).
• You must notify your artist of any relevant medical information prior to the procedure.
• Eden Body Art Studios follows all health and safety guidelines set by the State of Texas and local authorities.

• Tattoo and body art results vary depending on skin type, aftercare, and other factors.
• Once the procedure is complete, proper aftercare is your responsibility. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect healing and results.
• We are not liable for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (e.g., design choices, pain tolerance, or personal regret).

• All artwork created by Eden Body Art Studios and its artists remains their intellectual property.
• Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission from the artist.
• By commissioning a tattoo, you receive the right to wear the artwork on your body but not to reproduce it commercially.

• Content on our website (images, text, graphics) is owned by Eden Body Art Studios or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
• You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, spam, or activities that disrupt site functionality.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eden Body Art Studios and its staff are not liable for any damages, injuries, infections, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction resulting from services, except in cases of proven negligence.
• We make no guarantees regarding results, longevity, or customer expectations of tattoos or piercings.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eden Body Art Studios, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
